Tak Pharma is committed to customer satisfaction. Below is our official returns and refunds policy for all purchases made through our website.
Shipping Policy
Once the order is placed, it will take 5-7 working days to be delivered to the given address.
Returns Eligibility

Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and include all original accessories.

Partial Refunds: Some situations qualify only for partial refunds. This includes:

Items with obvious signs of use or damage (beyond the original defect)

Any product not in its original condition or missing parts/accessories not due to our error

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Personal care items (including herbal skincare and cosmetic products) that have been opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Products that have been modified or damaged by the customer

Any items explicitly marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically within 7–10 business days).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please try the following:

Check your bank account or credit card statement (refunds may take some time to be officially posted).

Sale and Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Products purchased on sale or clearance cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please follow these steps:

Email us at contact@takpharma.in with your order details and the reason for the exchange.

Once approved, ship the item to our address (see Shipping Returns section below) for inspection.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out a replacement.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanged Items: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
